Free Shipping: Applies to qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
Standard Shipping: $8.00, available on all orders.
- May ship via an economy method. The shipping department determines the most economical method.
- Packages may not qualify for re-routing services.
- Transit Time: 3 to 6 business days. Transit time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
- Not recommended for time sensitive packages or temporary ship to addresses.
Additional Services:
- Add Insurance: Insurance will safeguard your package from damage, loss or theft. Should something go awry with your delivery, selecting Insurance at checkout allows you to easily file a claim with DIY For Her, so that you can receive a replacement package. This service is currently available for domestic packages only.
- Add Signature Required: A fee of $4.75 protects your package against loss or theft. Requires a signature at time of delivery.
- Expedited Shipping Methods with guaranteed transit times are 3 Day, 2 Day and 1 Day. Carrier will be UPS or FedEx. Expedited orders are in transit for the amount of time promised by the carrier barring any unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other factors beyond our control.
- Expedited orders cannot ship to PO Boxes, a physical address is needed.
- Orders received after 11 am EST will be processed the following business day. Please add an additional business day for delivery.
- Please add up to 2 additional transit days for nationally observed holidays.
Provided the item you purchased is in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Orders received after 11 AM Eastern Time may begin processing the following business day. Transit times are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from when your order is placed. Transit times are estimates. Some packages may take longer to arrive.
We require the shipping address to match billing address. In the event your purchase is a gift being mailed to another address, we require identity confirmation via email. This step is put in place to protect our customer as well as DIY For Her from fraudulent charges.
Orders ship discreetly in plain boxes or envelopes.
You will be sent tracking information for all orders when they’re completed. Once an order has shipped, it is the carrier’s responsibility. We can only accept claims for shipments lost or damaged in transit if the shipping method chosen carries insurance coverage. DIY For Her is not responsible, for stolen packages, lost or items misdirected due to incorrect addresses input at shipping. We will always help but once the package says delivered, there is nothing more we can do other than suggesting you contact the delivery service on record. If the tracking number shows as 'DELIVERED', the insurance will not cover it whatsoever. Only in the event the product never reaches you will insurance be activated. To avoid issues, please consider Signature Required or Insurance on your items at delivery to avoid issues.
Orders of $500 or more will automatically ship Signature Required.
Cancellation - Maybe you want to cancel your order, please email within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellations will only be considered processed of followed by a confirmation receipt.
Incorrect Address – A $5 restocking or reshipping fee (based on cost of shipping) will apply should a package be undeliverable due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from DIYFORHER.com. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
Shipping Holidays / Offices Closed - There will be no pick up or deliveries on the following dates. This can add up to 2 additional transit days to all expedited packages. Please plan accordingly.

Here at DIY For Her, we understand that ordering online without seeing your items in person can be challenging. We want you to be pleased with your selection and have done our best to bring you the most detailed product pictures and descriptions. Your use of the DIY for Her site implies your understanding and compliance with our procedures and policies.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Please research and select your products carefully. Because of their intimate nature, once items leave our warehouse they are considered used and may not be returned, even if they have not been opened. This is for the safety and peace of mind of all our customers. Oversized dildos will have an additional warning regarding size on their product page. If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please let us know and our Customer Support department will work with you to help you select a better fit for your next purchase.
Please note that exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
The color of your toy may vary from what you perceive on your screen. This can be due to a variety of factors beyond our control. An item will not be considered as "falsely advertised" if the color of your item is not exactly the same as the image we have on the DIY For Her site. Measurements are provided as per the manufacturer and may vary slightly from the actual object. This is the most accurate information we have at the time a product is added to the site.
Please note that not all items will come with a manufacturer seal, we have limited control over this as every manufacturer has different practices. Please know that EVERY item we sell is brand new. If your item arrives with packaging that looks beat up or compromised, this would have happened in transit.
Many of the vendors we carry offer a 30-day return policy (with RECEIPT) on products that are defective. Check the information on your product prior to contacting DIY For Her to avoid delay.
We can accept claims for defective items up to 15 days after delivery. Please identify the order, the item, and provide as much information as possible about the defect. For items with visible damage, please provide photos. Depending on the item, we will either credit your account immediately for the cost of the defective item, or we will provide you with a “call tag” (prepaid shipping label) to return the item back to us. This call tag must be used in order for a defective item to be returned and credited otherwise, it will be discarded without credit.
